Do I qualify for services with Stronger Than Yesterday Advocacy LLC?

Our services are provided to all individuals 18+ years old living with a spinal cord injury. You must be in one of the following states during our telehealth visit: Nevada, Delaware, Washington, Hawaii, New Mexico, Maryland, Colorado, Washington DC, Oregon, Arizona or Florida

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and FSA/HSA.

How does your care consultation plan work?

If you are experiencing a functional decline and are at a loss as to what to do, you will receive a consultation with our Certified Nurse practitioner via telehealth. During this consultation, we will assess the individual's needs, gather relevant information, and provide preliminary recommendations or suggestions for ongoing care.

How does your care coordination plan work?

Following your care consultation, our care coordination plan offers further assistance with any of the following: physician collaboration, organization of appointments, sharing and assisting with transfer of medical records, setting up referrals for potential specialists, ordering necessary diagnostic tests or labs, and ensuring that the patient receives the necessary follow-up care.

How does your patient advocacy plan work?

If you are experiencing a decline in functioning, Stronger than Yesterday Advocacy LLC will advocate for you to find the solutions and help you navigate the healthcare system. We will work with your healthcare team on your behalf to find a suitable solution.
